This certification reflects a structured and evolving approach to sustainability, developed and embedded in our operations over time.

What B Corp certification means

B Corp certification is awarded by B Lab to companies that meet rigorous standards across environmental, social and governance (ESG) criteria.

It goes beyond individual initiatives, assessing the company as a whole, including:

  • governance and decision-making processes
  • environmental impact
  • working conditions and social responsibility
  • relationships with stakeholders

Becoming a B Corp also means committing to a process of continuous improvement, measuring impact and making it transparent over time.

 

A structured and evolving approach to sustainability

At Sacchettificio Toscano, sustainability is not the result of a single initiative, but the outcome of practices developed and strengthened over the years.

Our approach is supported by:

  • internationally recognised certifications such as ISO 14001, FSC, GOTS and GRS
  • a structured social responsibility framework aligned with the PAS 24000 standard
  • ongoing stakeholder engagement and supplier audits covering social and environmental compliance
  • the use of a 70 kW photovoltaic system and 100% renewable electricity sourcing
  • the increasing integration of recycled and organic materials into our production processes

Sacchettificio Toscano is certified according to the PAS 24000 standard, an internationally recognised framework defining the requirements for a social management system.

This certification covers key areas such as human rights, fair working conditions, health and safety, and business ethics, ensuring a structured and continuous approach to social performance

Obtained in 2025, PAS 24000 reflects the evolution of a long-standing commitment to social responsibility, previously supported by SA8000 certification since 2009.

Together, these elements contribute to a consistent and measurable ESG framework.

For us, sustainability also means quality. The same principles that guide our ESG approach — transparency, responsibility, traceability and continuous improvement — contribute every day to the quality of the products and services we provide to our clients.

 

 

Part of a broader journey

Sacchettificio Toscano is B Corp certified as part of the extended certification scope of ISEM, alongside Industrial Pack.

This milestone is also part of a broader journey shared by the companies of ISEM Packaging Group, the Group to which we belong, aimed at progressively extending shared ESG standards, tools and practices across its different entities.

Through a common approach to responsibility and positive impact, the Group aims to create long-term value across all its activities.
